You just need to invite at least 4 -5 people to attend this meeting which usually lasts for an hour. We can accommodate you here in our office/headquarters if you want to book a meeting with us, or you can indicate if you want it in another venue (in the comfort of your own home or in a nominated venue by your group). 

The Friendship meeting is a good way to meet prospective volunteers and donors. It is also a good way to meet beneficiaries.
